History
Founded in 1969 as Steuben Churchpeople Against Poverty, Arbor Housing and Development began as a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to poverty relief services. Through the years, the scope of our work has broadened while at the same time becoming more focused on creating affordable housing options and on supporting people as they work toward personal safety and independent living. Today, Arbor Housing and Development is a thriving human services and housing assistance provider, real estate development and property management corporation, NeighborWorks affiliate and Rural Preservation Company.
