Founded in 1969 as Steuben Churchpeople Against Poverty, Arbor Development began as a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to poverty relief services. Through the years, the scope of our work has broadened while at the same time becoming more focused on creating affordable housing options and on supporting people as they work toward personal safety and independent living. Today, Arbor Development is a thriving human services provider, real estate development and property management corporation, NeighborWorks affiliate and Rural Preservation Company.
