Open enrollment for this year begins November 1st until February 15th. For those with Market Place insurance coverage you should receive form 1095AHealth Insurance Marketplace Statement would come if you are eligible for the Premium tax credit. This should be mailed to you by January 31, 2016.
Some employers will be sending out form 1095C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage this year. They are mandated to do such by January 2016 for the 2015 tax year.
If you purchased Health coverage on your own, you may receive this year a 1095B Health Coverage form. This form will be mandated for 2015 also. You should bring whatever health insurance forms you receive with you to your tax appointment.
