Creating Housing Options - Owner-occupied Residential Rehabilitation
Grants are available for health , safety & structural repairs such as leaking roofs, electrical hazards, heating & plumbing repairs and septic & well replacements.  Since it began offering rehab services, Arbor Development has updated more than 1,200 homes in Steuben County New York.

If you live in Steuben County, have owned and occupied your home for at least 12 months and meet income and certain other criteria, you may be eligible for a grant to help repair your home. Call us at 607-776-7664 ex 229 to find out if you are eligible.
