The reality is that people will rent sub-standard housing out of desperation. There is a better way. We effectively oversee more than 75 housing units in Steuben County and the surrounding area.
Arbor Development is also a co-general partner in 160 units of family housing for which we do not have day-to-day management responsibilities.
